PICK-UP / DELIVERY

Live in the area? Pick up from our catering kitchen in Redondo Beach or we will gladly bring it to you. We offer clients the choice of recyclable foil containers or are happy to plate on our own dishware if you can be so kind to return it the next day. No minimum and available with overnight notice.

 

FULL SERVICE ON-SITE:  LIVE COOKING / FRIENDLY SERVICE

We come to you! Chef and his team will prepare your menu live at your venue. Past events include private home kitchens, community BBQs and sports venues. Or maybe you just need a friendly pair of extra hands to set-up food and pour wine. We are here to help! Minimum menu $800+ please.

 

FULL SERVICE:- IN HOUSE EVENT

We know we have it good when we look out at the water each day from our kitchen! Clients are welcome to hold their event in the A Basq Kitchen space with no room fee and arrange their own special menu through ABK Catering. We can seat 28 or have standing room for 50. We also partner with other local venues for 100-150 people with reduced rates. Wine, beer and sangria available.

 

WE LOVE TO PARTY

Our clients like us because we love to have fun. From creating a special menu around your personal theme or telling the story of the bride and the groom through their family's food heritage, we get as into your event as much you do. The right food, the right team, the right presentation are all important to us in pulling off a WOW for your guests. We offer flexible on-site Chef services, friendly servers, table decoration and craft beer/wine/sangria bartending to take care of the coordination for you.

1. We want to understand your event! Eating brings people together. What are your guests like and how can we best serve you?

2. Custom doesn't have to mean expensive. Our team will put together proposed menus for your review that are within your budget, meet all your guest's dietary restrictions/allergies AND be delicious. We want everyone to enjoy. Don't see what you want? Just ask.

3. We will do whatever we can to create an exceptional experience for you. Chef Michael leads a team dedicated to the craft of food from scratch. From curing our own salmon to fermenting our own cheese, there are no shortcuts and each ingredient is processed with respect and mindful care for the end result. From pickup, delivery, full-service or pop-up catering, we want to WOW you.
